This is apprise the general public that Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into peri operative nursing Program at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
*Be a registered nurse
*Posses current practicing license
*Posses five credits in O’ level in the following subjects: English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics.
DURATION: 1 year
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Pay the sum of five thousand naira(N5000) to peri operative nursing unth acct at Eco bank, 5 market road(Holy Ghost cathedral) enugu.
Photocopy teller and take original to the hospital cashier at UNTH Perm site, ituku ozalla to obtain a receipt.
Take receipt with photocopied teller to Peri Op school block to obtain a form.
CLOSING DATE: 2weeks to exam.
EXAM DATE: 15 – 17th May, 2013
NB: Come with ALL credentials as orals is included in the above date.
Arrange for accommodation prior to exam.
