of the branches of Mainstreet Bank, PLC OR get a bank draft payable to
Kwara State University (Foundation), Malete.
After payment, Text your Name, Teller / Bank draft number, Amount,
Bank Name, Branch Name and Payment Date to CABS help desk GSM number:

Complete either the Hard copy of the Admission form and indicate
yourTeller / Bank draft number or complete the Electronic copy of the
Admission form.
For those that completed the hard copy, the completed form should be
submitted to the point of collection along with the bank draft / or
photocopy of the teller.
