The latest report reaching us is that Abia State Polytechnic 2012/2013 FIRST SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS has been scheduled to begin from the 29th of April, 2013. All te students of Abia State Poly are strongly advised to take note of the following important announcement:

(1) All the students of Abia State Polytechnic must have complete their full registration before the commencement of the first semester examinations.

(2) All the Students must bring with them to the examination halls, full evidences of complete registration formalities. This must include evidence of payment of their tuition fees.

(3) All the Students in HND1 and ND1 students MUST obtain Registration/Matriculation Numbers. Any student without matriculation number will NOT be allowed to write the examination.

(4) Only students with genuine Abia State polytechnic identity (ID) cards are to be allowed into the examination halls.

This is done in order to check fraud and other examination misconduct inclinations.

All the students in HND1 and ND1 are to proceed, after full registration, to the student Affairs Office for issuance of student ID cards.

All students are encouraged to make adequate preparations for the first semester examinations.
